The President's Club
Included in our efforts to ensure the highest quality of service for our valued customers is an employee motivation program we call The President's Club. This program is based on the results of a customer satisfaction survey presented to each customer at the conclusion of their move. Every member of the move team is involved in the overall rating process and his/her individual contributions affect the earning of points for the entire crew.
Each question on the Post-Move Questionnaire is assigned a point value. Additional points are earned for a positive customer response with points being subtracted for a negative response.
- The Project Manager must write his/her name and the crew member's
names on the back upper left corner of the form so that we know who
was on the job and who to credit with the points.
- The Questionnaire must be sealed in the envelope after completion by
the customer and turned in along with the paperwork at the end of the job.
- At the end of each month, the total points will be added up for each
employee and then divided by the number of jobs reported that month
for which a Questionnaire was required.
Example: 128 total points ÷ 20 jobs = 6.4 point average.
These results are posted monthly in the employee lounge.
- The employee must work a minimum of 10 jobs with a Questionnaire
in that quarter (3 month period).
- At the end of each quarter we total and average all performance results
for each employee and determine first, second and third place winners.
The winner's names are posted in the employee lounge.
First Place
- $200 US Savings Bond.
- Designated parking space in front of building.
- 5 new dress shirts with President's Club patch.
Second Place:
- $100 US Savings Bond.
- 5 new dress shirts with President's Club patch.
Third Place:
- $75.00 US Savings Bond.
- 5 new dress shirts with President's Club patch.
