We have two warehouses on our facility which total 18,000 square feet. Both are enclosed in a secure fenced lot. The construction of both buildings is steel and concrete, which makes them extremely fire resistant. Our professional furniture storage facility is protected with fire, smoke, and intrusion alarms which are monitored 24 hours a day.

We store your household goods in a palletized warehouse, wrapping and placing your goods in large wooden storage vaults, as you see pictured here. We also have sofa racks on which we store very large furniture after carefully wrapping and sealing it. Nothing is stored directly on the floor. The building is designed with a "flow through" natural ventilation system which prevents moisture and mildew build-up. Your goods are kept safely, in excellent condition, and fully protected, until you are ready to use them again.

We also offer "self-store" in the same palletized warehouse. Under this system, you bring your goods to us, place them in the vaults, which we then seal for you, and you pay no labor charges - only a small monthly rental on the vaults, themselves. This system is designed to compete with mini-warehouse rates, but is infinitely more secure than a mini-warehouse.
