The treatment I received by the associates of North American has been good. The response and communication is wonderful and the driver has a great personality.

I have used North American Van Lines before and they have great service. They did what they said they were going to do. The crew was very careful.

The attitude, care & quality of the crew. The crew was also polite, careful, pleasant & agreeable. I moved several times & this was the best crew I've ever had. They were great.

It was the overall experience. The moving crews on both ends and the storage company they contracted was awesome. We had a great experience and the price was very reasonable.

Everything was great. Everyone was informative. I was very happy with North American. They accommodated the changes that I needed.

Mr. Bolton was on top of everything. He supervised everything and everybody. He kept us informed. He was careful with precious objects. He gave us confidence which is difficult to explain. Mr. Bolton did an outstanding job. MR. Bolton was a super guy and was in charge of everything. We have move for over 20 years because we were in the military and this has been the best move.

They were very professional, and also they were very clean and quick and so I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I were very pleased with the customer service, general handling of my goods, promptness and communication.

It was super all the way through to make sure that everything taken car of. Everyone did good all the way down the line. The price was good too. I got a very good discount and good service.

The people were great the driver and crew respectful. They were very good people. They took their time to wrap the goods. He explained everything, they were on time. I was impressed.

The crew was polite, worked hard and was on time. They appeared to be clean cut and took care of my product.

The overall move. The coordinator and the driver and crew was good. The person who did the estimate was good.

The guys who delivered were polite and hard workers . I know what they were going through and I was very impressed.

It was pretty flawless from start to finish. the coordinator was very through and prompt. The driver and crew was polite and go the job done. They were on top of stuff.

I had experience w/ them. I had worked with them 20 or so years ago, they had done a good job, and I thought I would stay w/ them. This is the second time I have used North American.

They were wonderful. They did everything that we asked them to do with a smile. They took really care of my stuff and we had three pianos to deliver. The experience was almost fun.

The movers were excellent and they did what they promised they would do and did it when they promised they would.

The overall involvement of the driver. He was very polite and he started moving before the two helpers came. Everything went the way he said it was. He was very over the top and he was excellent.

We were very pleased that everything was delivered as promised. We had good communication. The driver found a piece of our item and made sure we received it. Diane in the office was polite. I made many changes and questions and she was very nice to me and followed up with a phone call.

They were very careful and polite. I think they did an excellent job. They protected my house while they were coming back and forth with the packages. They were extremely good at being careful.

Everything arrived in one piece and was labeled. But this took too long since my car got here in three days, while the other items came in two weeks.

The overall good experience. I liked the courtesy & how informative North American was on what they were doing and what to expect.

NAVL was good and I had a great experience. I would highly recommend them. The crew showed up time and they did what we asked them to do.

From the beginning they were very exceptional to us. They provided us with everything we needed. They were very professional.

The guys who picked up my stuff were very nice. I really enjoyed Mike who initially came out and spoke with me. He was also one of the drivers. Everyone was nice from the office staff to the drivers

The local agents and the driver were very nice, careful, helpful, and accommodating. I enjoyed working with them because they were very pleasant.

This is about the 10th time I've used these guys. They've always been great and I'll continue using them in the future.

Well, I would say even from the beginning when Paul came to our house, he explained everything to us & was very professional. Jim was very accurate & polite. All of the crew were very polite. They did some of the packing and they did a good job in general.

The ability to have them protect my belongings. The packing and speed was fast. The communication during the move and afterwards was extremely helpful.

The price was reasonable and the service was good. They were here a day early. They told us we get 30 days. I've gone through 95% of it. Everything was great.

The driver, Chris, was extremely professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. Very impressed with him. Everyone else was great, but he was exceptional. I'd recommend because of Chris. Ran a very good crew and Chris made my family feel comfortable.

The overall experience. This is the second time I have dealt with Sirva and both times they did a great job.

The quality of the driver and the team who unpacked. They did their job well, and they were very professional.

Well they did everything right from beginning to end and with our mishap during the move, they were very flexible to help in doing all they could.

The professionalism of everyone in the process influenced my rating. Everyone did what they said they would and the price was good. My special request was that the crew take care of my European hunting trophy mount.

The scheduling and communication between me & North American was good & timely. When I emailed them with a question they responded back to me right away. This is the third time we have used them.

Everything about the move process went well from when we first contacted North American. They were willing to do it for 6 mths while we were in the move transition. The ppl we phenomenal.

Everything went very well and the people that move me were very skilled. I would give the overall move a four because some of my things were scratched.

I liked the way my items were handled, they were on time & every phone call I made was returned. I used North American 35 years ago & I am very satisfied with them so that is why I used them again.

Everyone I dealt w/ was very nice, friendly, & cared about our stuff. The cost was higher than I hoped it would be and that was a negative. When it was weighed it was higher. I want to know if there is anything we can do about the cost of the weight.

I used the same company for the move, however as far moving again using them or recommending them, I would look into other companies.

This is the second time I have used them. I was very pleased with the way they handle things. They were very nice, polite, and professional. They were good guys to work with.

The driver Apollo and Cardell was really nice and helpful and the driver called to see if he could move my plants.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Arnoff, the moving company, delivered my items. The delivery team did call me once they were going to arrive. I was given a time frame from January 8th and the 19th. They came on the 21st of January.

They were there when they said they did a good job packing overall everything went well and I was very pleased

I was really impressed with the driver and crew, Phillip and Steve. They were friendly and took really good care of me.

I think everything that I expected was delivered on, I needed everything quickly and was delivered faster than expected and I was very happy.

The movers did what they needed to do, and there was a lot for them to move. I enjoyed having them in my house. The movers were very skillful.

The men who came were extremely courteous and they called me before they came. My furniture was in storage and North American moved me and Arnuoff drivers stated that I had to pay the max which was over $4000.00. I want to know is that true.

The way the move was handled was very good and the coordinator offered me very good communication. Jeanne Marie Kayne from Beltman was very helpful and offered very good communication during the move.

From start to finish everything was perfect. We had a question about the weight, they kept it close to the original bid everyone was professional and kind. I am happy with the del and initial call. It was the best move we ever had.

The loading process took longer then expected. There were a less amount of people on staff as well.

The teams were good, great, and did an amazing job. The crew did an amazing. The teams were good and great. I did have make my own phone call. Everything in Ohio was fine. The original time got cancelled. the driver did call.

It was a great experience. The man who was supposed to hook up the washer and dryer and some of the furniture was rude and unprofessional. This was a contractor.The driver packers and crew was awesome

I was very satisfied with the drivers. The drivers were careful and polite. I was told that an North American agent would pick up the empty boxes. North American wants to charge me $150 for the pick up of the empty boxes, which is ridiculous.

The driver was a 10. The packers missed some items during the packing process. They left some things behind.

I was extremely distrustful of other van lines. North American did exactly as they promised. We were very pleased with their services. If I had to do the move again I would use North American.

The straight forwardness of the estimate and the way they made adjustments when required most influenced my rating. We packed half of the items and the local agent's crew packed the other half.

The driver was very courteous and I really enjoyed having him here yesterday and on Tuesday when the truck was unloaded.

We have moved quite a few times and they did a very good job, they were very respectful and very nice guys, and they handled our stuff with good care. They were very personable.

The driver. His communication and everything. He has moved me once before; the same driver and the same local people.

The driver did an excellent job. He was flexible and had good communication skills. The driver was the all-star. Everyone was great, but the driver did a great job. Overall I received good service. When they delivered my items, the driver and one other person was there. It took 2 days for them to unload the truck. We had 6 people working.

The movers did a really good job, excellent. I was very satis with their work & we were very happy with them.

I've moved across the country 5 or 6 times, and this was the easiest move I've ever had. Everything happened the way I was promised. It was seamless and effortless. It was fantastic. Lisa, the rep, was awesome.

They were efficient, fast, knowledgeable. Mark set up the process. The delivery guys were cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took care of everything. I would call again if I ever move.

The professionalism and time frame, they showed up early. I have a key and pins that hook the screen together, there was eight of them and they are missing.

Everything was fine. Except for the screw up with the timing. I have had three moves with North American. The overall timing was off.
